LaVern has been in the industry for over 10 years. As well as a licensed realtor and property manager, he also holds a California broker's license. Born and raised in Riverside, CA, he has established not only his family, but his real estate career.

LaVern has always been passionate about both music and technology. Following his aspirations, he attended California State University, San Bernardino. In 2013, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems with a minor in music. With education in the computer field, LaVern has been able to implement his skills to benefit buyers, sellers, and landlords by utilizing social media and online tools to stay current with housing market trends.

LaVern believes retention is a sign of a successful business, and that 1 bad review outweighs 20 good ones. His success is a representation of his work ethic. He believes that real estate will always be a “people business”, regardless of the ever-changing technological advances. LaVern prides himself in being knowledgeable, but also being very easy to talk to with his clients and make things understandable. He aggressively negotiates for his clients while maintaining their best interest and holds an incredibly high standard of professionalism as well as ethics.

Although LaVern does not believe in “working for the weekend”, he understands the importance of having a balance and puts much value into his family time. He enjoys watching sports as well as attending sporting events when possible, he routinely attends the gym, continues to stay active with music, and enjoys hosting the occasional family BBQ.

LaVern has since built strong relations with his clientele with steller reviews to show for. With an ever-changing market, LaVern believes having the right agent is as crucial as the home you buy, sell, or rent out. LaVern’s clients feel comfortable with him as their agent, knowing he has their best interest. He has built a trust and rapport with his clients that has brought him much business in the Inland Empire.
